I teach on the basis of mysore style

some guided parts might be included, adjusted to the participatiants

if you are a group of English speaking people it's also possible to start an English class

I also teach Satyananda Yoga and Yin Yoga and give Thai Yoga Massage and Lomi Lomi Nui (Hawaiian Massage)
